Worcester Housing Authority RFP for Great Brook Valley Master Plan Due March 21

Worcester Housing Authority is seeking proposals for consulting services for a Redevelopment Master Plan at 12-1 Great Brook Valley Gardens. Goal is to transform the site into a vibrant, sustainable, and integrated community that meets the needs of current and future residents while enhancing the surrounding neighborhood and expanding the availability of affordable housing opportunities.
